Introduction to Law Firm
Schedule an introductory Zoom meeting with the attorney or law firm where we discuss our settlement planning services, experience, case results, and how to best integrate Bua Settlements into their processes for resolving cases.
Touchpoint Reminders
On a monthly basis, touch base with the attorney or law firm to identify cases that are nearing settlement and connect them with Bua Settlements for a consultation to determine if our services are needed.
Implement Services & Revenue Sharing
If a client needs a structured settlement or other settlement planning services, Bua Settlements does all of the work necessary to educate the parties involved and quarterback the process until we reach the endzone. Once revenue is received, it will be shared with you* on a predetermined and mutually-agreeable basis. This happens for each and every case that successfully closes from any attorney/firm that you refer.
The attorney gets expert assistance to resolve their cases with no added expense to the firm. The clients get a better settlement outcome. You earn revenue and we earn revenue. Everybody wins!
*IMPORTANT: in order to share in compensation for insurance-based services, you are required to have an active insurance license in your home state. No exceptions. If you are not licensed, the process to become licensed is fairly simple, inexpensive, and can be completed in under 30 days.
